Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, invites applications for a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. This role practices at full scope within the Patient Aligned Care Team, delivering evidence‑based care to a panel of veterans in the primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP with prescriptive authority and national certification.
• Experience delivering primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Ability to manage acute and chronic conditions with health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care in Primary Care Service.
• Manage patient panels within a Patient Aligned Care Team.
• Order and interpret labs and medications; coordinate care.
• Deliver care via in-person, telehealth, and secure messaging.
