Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join a fully virtual team.

You will deliver high-quality care across diverse specialties, working 15–20 hours per week from anywhere with a structured weekly schedule. The role offers per-visit compensation with earnings potential from hourly and time-based rates, supported by a streamlined EMR and a provider-support team.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (prefer three or more of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted a week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications (QuickMD does not prescribe most controlled substances; buprenorphine for opioid use disorder may be exception).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
