Job summary

Infinity Home Services (IHS) is seeking a Procurement and Pricing Analyst to build the analytics backbone for a $500M multi-brand business, turning pricing, rebate, vendor, and financing data into actionable decisions for leadership.

You will partner with Finance, IT, brand presidents, and vendor partners to translate business requirements into pricing logic, deliver decision-ready analyses, and support executive reporting. This remote role offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of analytical experience in a pricing, procurement, finance, or operations role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling and multi-source data.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics and AI-assisted reporting workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into pricing logic and data rules with IT/product teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Self-directed and organized; able to manage multiple live workstreams.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and BI/FP&A tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Engine & Digital Selling Tool: define and validate pricing logic; own SKU cost and price data accuracy.
• Rebate & Vendor Performance: monitor AI-powered rebate outputs and alert brands before windows close.
• Gross Margin & Price Intelligence: analyze cost variability and margin leakage across brands and distributors.
• Consumer Financing Analytics: track approval rates, lending costs, and conversion across all brands.
• Executive Reporting: prepare recurring financing and vendor performance reports for the CEO, President, and CFO.
