Job summary

WAHVE LLC is seeking experienced Pricing Actuary professionals to work from home, leveraging extensive insurance pricing expertise in a flexible, long-term remote engagement.

Responsibilities include developing pricing models, analyzing datasets, and collaborating with underwriting and finance to drive profitability. ACAS/FCAS preferred but not required; bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field is essential.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10 most current years of actuarial pricing experience with P&C focus
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related major
• Proficiency in predictive modeling and machine learning techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine pricing models for various Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Monitor and analyze datasets including experience and exposure rating; adjust pricing models as needed.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Reserving and Claims to support pricing and profitable growth strategies.
• Support development and filing of rate changes with regulatory bodies.
