Job summary

The University of Nevada, Reno seeks an Associate Coordinator for CASAT to support the Pacific Southwest PTTC fellowship program. You will assist in planning grant activities, generate reports, collect and enter data, and manage training relationships while supporting capacity development and certification efforts.

This role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with host-site staff, and ongoing learning to advance Prevention Specialist certification within HHS Region 9.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year related work experience in community outreach, project coordination, strategic planning, program implementation and/or evaluation.
• Master’s degree also qualifies for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning grant/contract activities and generate reports.
• Collect data, enter data into databases, and support evaluation tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with grant/contract customers and respond to requests.
