Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Prescriber Relations Team Leader to guide and scale the Prescriber Relations Team, ensuring excellent prescriber experiences and patient care across therapy programs.

This role partners with clinical, operations, digital, analytics, and care delivery teams to implement strategies that improve access, satisfaction, and outcomes, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or related field.
7+ years in prescriber engagement, patient experience, care management, or related regulated healthcare environments.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a customer-facing healthcare setting.
Demonstrated success leading initiatives tied to patient outcomes, quality metrics, or value-based care.

Responsibilities

Leads and mentors Prescriber Relations Managers, fostering growth and consistent execution.
Sets team standards for high-touch engagement, onboarding and ongoing training.
Drives a performance-focused culture aligned with patient-first values and compliant engagement.
Develops PRT strategies to improve patient outcomes, engagement, and equity.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align with launch readiness and program changes.
Maintain trusted prescriber relationships and adapt engagement to office preferences.
Escalates complex prescriber issues and ensures timely resolution.
Defines metrics to guide decision-making and monitors CRM usage.
