Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital-first portfolio.
• Portfolio demonstrating premium UI, strong composition, and storytelling through screens.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems).
• Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, hierarchy, transitions).
• Ability to design UI that feels luxurious, modern, and cinematic.
• Strong typography, spacing, and layout discipline.
• Ability to translate UI into motion-ready assets.
• Fast iteration speed and ability to take direction well.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Create high-polish, cinematic styleframes that define visual direction, mood, and narrative flow.
• Design premium, cinematic UI with strong layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Create motion-ready styleframes for digital interfaces (not video graphics).
• Build UI component systems that animators can translate into transitions and interactions.
• Develop typography systems, color palettes, and layout frameworks.
• Translate abstract concepts into cohesive visual narratives and UX flows.
• Collaborate with motion designers to ensure UI animates smoothly and intentionally.
• Prepare layered, organized design files for seamless handoff.
• Iterate quickly based on creative direction and client feedback.
• Maintain clean file structure, naming conventions, and version control.
