Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Animator / Motion Designer with a strong background in UI motion design for consumer-facing digital products. You will create engaging motion experiences and collaborate with product designers and engineers to deliver polished interactions across web and mobile.

The role is hybrid (Tue–Thu onsite) in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA, with a 12-month duration and $85.00-91.00 per hour on W2 for 7+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UI/Interactive Motion Design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Figma, Principle, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and motion systems.
• Experience creating and shipping production-ready UI animations.
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, and Web motion guidelines.
• Experience partnering with engineers to implement motion designs.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and motion specifications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped UI/interactive motion work.
