Job summary

Levy is seeking a Suite Runner to support premium suite service at the United Center in Chicago. This role focuses on timely food and beverage delivery, setup, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation between events.

The candidate will assist with event setup, restocking, and post-event breakdown while communicating with Attendants, Supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must adhere to uniform, grooming, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to suites promptly before and during events.
• Pick up orders from the kitchen and stock suite pantries.
• Maintain pantry cleanliness and follow sanitation standards.
• Assist with event setup, restocking, and post-event breakdown.
• Communicate effectively with Suite Attendants, Supervisors, and management.
• Return equipment to storage and report missing items.
• Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude.
• Follow sign-in/sign-out procedures and assist team members as needed.
