Job summary

Midwest Technical Inspections (MTI) is seeking experienced virtual premium auditors to join our independent contractor network. This full-time, remote role involves performing premium audits for Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Garage Liability from your home office.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of premium audit experience, strong command of payroll documents and financial statements, and the ability to work independently while delivering accurate, timely audit

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years Premium Audit experience.
Proficiency with payroll documents and financial statements.
Working knowledge of class codes, PAAS, ISO, NCCI and state rules.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage assigned audits.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and have a solid sense of self-motivation and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

Perform virtual premium audits for Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability and Garage Liability policies.
Examine financial records such as payroll registers, tax returns, general ledgers, and sales journals to determine the correct premium base and exposures.
Complete quality, accurate, and timely audit reports by using company software.
Deliver superior internal and external customer service.
