Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to design data pipelines that fuse genomics and clinical data for AI training in precision medicine. You will steer analytics strategy and collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineers to ensure high data quality and regulatory compliance while enabling advanced AI systems for healthcare.

The role is remote, contract-based, and offers 10–40 hours per week with potential for extension as new projects launch.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
• Ability to translate complex data into insights for scientific or clinical audiences.
• Proven track record working with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee data pipelines integrating genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
• Lead analytical strategies transforming multi-source data into actionable precision medicine insights.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific integrity.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply data governance and compliance to ensure responsible handling of sensitive healthcare data.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of AI systems trained on healthcare and life sciences content.
