Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Precision Medicine Executive for Rare Blood Disease to lead field-based initiatives that promote diagnostic testing and patient identification for systemic mastocytosis and future precision therapies. The role collaborates with key accounts, laboratories, and Sanofi teams to drive education, testing adoption, and account-level execution aligned to business and patient needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in pharma/healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences with diagnostics or precision medicine.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned geography.
Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with key account stakeholders across pathology, laboratory, clinical, and executive levels.
Develop and execute account plans to advance diagnostic, biomarker, and genomic testing in Rare Blood Disease priorities.
Educate stakeholders on systemic mastocytosis, diagnostic pathways, and precision medicine in patient care.
Partner with commercial, medical, marketing, access, and field teams to deliver education, resources, and initiatives.
Identify customer needs, market insights, and opportunities to improve testing pathways.
