Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Precision Medicine Executive, Rare Blood Disorders for a field-based, remote role across the US Mid-Atlantic region. Focus on diagnostic testing adoption and patient identification for systemic mastocytosis and future therapies.

You will partner with key accounts, laboratories and cross-functional teams to educate, develop account plans and advance biomarker testing. Travel within geography is required; strong collaboration and strategic launching capabilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in pharma/healthcare and diagnostics or precision medicine.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned geography.
• Experience engaging healthcare stakeholders and account decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key account stakeholders, including pathology, laboratory, clinical, and executive decision-makers, to support appropriate diagnostic testing and patient identification.
• Develop and execute account plans that advance high-quality diagnostic, biomarker, and genomic testing aligned to Rare Blood Disease priorities.
• Educate stakeholders on systemic mastocytosis, diagnostic pathways, and the role of precision medicine in patient care.
• Partner with commercial, medical, marketing, access, and field teams to deliver approved education, resources, and account-level initiatives.
• Identify and communicate customer needs, market insights, diagnostic barriers, and opportunities to improve testing pathways.
• Serve as a regional subject matter expert for diagnostics and precision medicine in systemic mastocytosis and future applicable therapies.
• Represent Sanofi at relevant local, regional, and national congresses and customer-facing forums in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, healthcare laws, Sanofi Code of Conduct, and EBI Guidance
