Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law.
• Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing.
• Current state/province issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Industry experience a plus.
• CRM systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and present services to consumers.
• Self-initiates leads through community networks and events, scheduling appointments.
• Build relationships with families and guide them through options and services.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes and ensure service excellence.
