Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a revenue cycle professional to verify pre-certification and medical necessity for complex hospital services, secure payer approvals, and communicate requirements. The role supports a Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm remote schedule with a focus on wellness and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a preferred bachelor’s degree or medical coder training, and 3+ years in revenue cycle (1+ year in healthcare revenue cycle).

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or medical coder training preferred.
• 3+ years revenue cycle experience, with 1+ year in healthcare revenue cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Contact insurance companies and third-party payers to verify pre-certification, pre-authorization, and medical necessity for complex hospital services.
• Secure approvals before scheduled procedures and communicate payer requirements.
• Work remote with consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 9:30am to 6:00pm and support a wellness-focused benefits program.
