Job summary

GoFractional is seeking a Fractional Practice Operations Manager to connect marketing leads with high-LTV patients and guide growth through data, not opinions. You will design systems and oversee a virtual assistant, while reporting to the owner on what works and what doesn’t.

Your focus will be Revenue Operations, Patient Lifecycle & Retention, Provider Optimization, Vendor Management, Team Coordination, and KPI reporting. You’ll implement SOPs and run monthly dashboards to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aesthetics/medspa/dermatology or plastic surgery operations
• Proven ability to build systems and dashboards
• Experience managing remote staff (VAs)
• Data-literate with funnel metrics
• Excellent written communication; async management
• References from 2+ practices

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue operations and optimize funnel from lead to treatment
• Manage VA and develop SOPs for recurring tasks
• Track KPIs and deliver monthly dashboards
• Coordinate with CPA and marketer
• Vendor management and procurement oversight
• Provide data-driven capacity planning for injector
