NinjaHoldings is seeking a PPC Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and app stores to drive high-quality traffic and strong ROI. You will own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns from planning to performance analysis in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and related certifications.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for performance, bidding, targeting, and placements.
• Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and user journeys to boost conversions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and app stores.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize ad creative, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve ROI.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and generate reports on key metrics.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize creatives, bidding, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content, development, and compliance teams to ensure alignment.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
