Blacksmith Agency, a boutique digital agency based in Phoenix, is seeking a PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms. This role supports multiple client accounts and Blacksmith’s internal lead generation efforts, driving measurable results in leads, revenue, or brand awareness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of growth through PPC with data-backed results.
• Proficient in Google Ads Editor and Google Keyword Planner.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, and ROI tracking.
• Familiarity with GA4 and performance reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads for multiple clients.
• Create strategy for campaign structures aligned with client goals (search, display, remarketing, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and write/edit ad copy.
• Set up conversion tracking and ensure attribution accuracy via GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations.
• Monitor daily spend and pacing to hit CPA/CPL goals while staying within budget.
• Analyze campaign performance weekly and implement optimizations (bids, tests, landing pages).
• Prepare monthly performance reports with clear takeaways and next steps.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and development to align paid campaigns with broader strategy.
• Stay current on Google Ads updates and performance benchmarks.
• Manage additional platforms as needed (Meta, LinkedIn, Bing).
