Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications.
• 3+ years of presentation design experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft PowerPoint experience.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, layout, color, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to simplify complex information through effective visual design.
• Experience creating charts, infographics, diagrams, and data visualizations.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong presentation and visual communication work including PowerPoint and digital platform design.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Translate complex information into clear visual stories.
• Develop slide layouts, charts, diagrams, infographics, timelines, and other visuals.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across presentations and visual communications.
• Apply design standards to SharePoint Online sites and other platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, communications, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Improve existing presentations by refining content hierarchy and visual flow.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint templates, slide libraries, and presentation standards.
• Develop and implement design standards for SharePoint Online.
• Ensure presentations and digital content are accurate, polished, and delivery-ready.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high quality.
• Provide design guidance and best practices to colleagues.
