Constellation Inc. is hiring a PowerApps Developer to join the Homeland Security Team in Washington, DC. You will design, build, and maintain PowerApps solutions and Power BI dashboards integrating operational and financial data to deliver actionable insights.

The role is client-facing with strong communication needed to translate outputs into business value. Remote work is supported with a focus on citizen-facing security operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PowerApps development experience for automation and data integration.
• 3+ years of dashboarding with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik or similar.
• Proficiency in PowerApps and Power BI; Excel strong.
• Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint preferred.
• Excellent communication to translate data into business value.
• U.S. citizenship; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerApps solutions to automate business processes.
• Design, build, and maintain PowerApps applications and dashboards.
• Create and optimize dashboards and data models (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
• Collaborate with end users and technical teams to integrate data outputs into visualizations.
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Lead training sessions on data analysis tools for CBP/contractor personnel.
