Job summary

A global technology leader is seeking a Service Technician to execute service work in accordance with quality and safety guidelines. Qualifications include either a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience servicing critical power equipment (if Bachelor's).
• 3+ years' experience servicing critical power equipment (if Associates).
• 5+ years' equivalent work or military experience for High School Diploma.

• Execute service work per instructions and ABB guidelines.
• Deliver quality customer service and communicate service timelines.
• Identify operational improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintain customer relationships.
