Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on power systems engineering experience.
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field; BS with strong experience acceptable.
• Deep expertise in transmission, microgrids, high-voltage equipment, protection and grid analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create expert-level power engineering problems grounded in real design and field work.
• Review AI-generated responses for technical accuracy and safety.
• Evaluate calculations and recommendations on power flow, short‑circuit, and stability analyses.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Work on tasks at your own pace with no set schedule.
