Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Power Platform/SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and sustain enterprise workflow and case management applications for a federal health client. You will work with senior developers, data engineers, and analysts in an Agile environment, delivering incremental functionality from user stories.

The role is remote with occasional travel to client sites, requiring strong SQL, data modeling, REST API work, and reporting capabilities using Power Platform, SharePoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data science, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development or data engineering experience.
• Experience designing enterprise level applications.
• Strong experience with Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
• Experience building dashboards/visualizations in Power BI or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Ability to work from written requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and tools quickly, including low-code environments.
• Ability to work independently or in remote/hybrid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain application components including intake forms and dashboards under senior guidance.
• Design and maintain relational and data structures to support routing, threshold logic, versioning, and reporting.
• Build data pipelines to ingest and validate data from various sources into the application layer.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored logic for functionality and data quality checks.
• Support REST API integrations and data exchanges between systems.
• Create reporting views and dashboards showing status, SLA compliance, and performance metrics.
• Translate epics and user stories into functioning features within an Agile process.
• Perform data validation, testing, and defect triage, and maintain runbooks/documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, records management, and 508 accessibility standards.
