Job summary

STATE OF LOUISIANA, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION OFFICE OF TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (OTS) seeks a senior Power Platform developer to design and implement business solutions remotely for Louisiana agencies. You will deliver Canvas/Model-driven Apps, Power BI dashboards, and data integrations.

Required 5+ years with Power Platform, strong SQL and data modeling, and ability to mentor junior developers in a governed, secure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of on-prem and cloud RDBMS and DataVerse data models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and reusable components.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
• Provide guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to developers in a shared-services model.
