Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
4+ years of Power BI development experience with DAX and data modeling.
Strong Power Apps development experience (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Extensive experience with Power Automate for automated workflows.
Advanced SharePoint development and integration with Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
Develop automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
Create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, Power Query transformations, and DAX calculations.
Design and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, metadata, and permissions.
Design and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, forms, and views.
Integrate Power Platform apps with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, SQL, Dataverse, and 3rd-party systems.
Analyze existing manual processes and recommend Power Platform solutions.
Convert business requirements into functional designs and technical solutions.
Develop applications supporting operations, document management, and reporting.
Create Power Automate approval workflows, notifications, and data synchronization.
Develop reusable components, templates, and design standards.
Configure application security by roles and departments.
Assist with Microsoft 365 groups, SharePoint permissions, and Teams integration.
Develop and maintain documentation and process-flow diagrams.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
Manage changes through dev/test/prod environments.
Monitor Power Apps/Automate flows, gateways, data connections, and performance.
Identify and resolve failures, data-quality issues, and integration problems.
Collaborate with managers and end users to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide user training and technical assistance for developed apps.
Support continuous improvement of the organization’s Microsoft 365 apps and reporting.
