Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support a federal homeland security client. This role is remote and focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions that enhance operational efficiency, collaboration, and reporting capabilities.

You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI to automate business processes, build forms and workflows, and integrate with Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, API integrations, workflows, plugins and SharePoint Online.
• Clearance: Active Top Secret or DHS Suitability/ clearance required.
• Knowledge of business process automation, Agile methodologies, user-centered design and Section 508 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI solutions.
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and custom forms.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.

This position is remote. The Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions that improve business operations, collaboration, and reporting capabilities. This is an opportunity to directly support mission-critical initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workflow automation for a federal client.

Responsibilities for the Power Platform Developer include:

• Design, develop, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Build, administer, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, workflows, custom forms, and pages.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services to streamline business processes and data exchange.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile team members to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide development support.
• Support product backlog management, user story development, and solution enhancements within a Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications for the Power Platform Developer include:

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, API integrations, workflows, plugins, and Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of business process automation, requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Active Top Secret Clearance or DHS Suitability/Clearance required.

Compensation for the Power Platform Developer include:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as required by law
