Overview

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Power Platform Developer to help support a federal client. We are seeking a data-driven professional to lead the development of actionable insights through robust data modeling and reporting. This role involves building and refining data tables, analyzing data impacts on reporting, and ensuring all outputs provide measurable value. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, databases, and data modeling, along with familiarity in low-code platforms such as PowerApps, Nintex, AppSheet, or Salesforce. Working within Scrum methodology, the candidate will apply development best practices including code reviews, continuous integration, and pair programming. Responsibilities include navigating legacy systems to solve business problems, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring statistical rigor in analyses. The role also requires proactive identification of opportunities to improve KPIs, maintaining detailed request logs, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Experience in troubleshooting complex data issues and integrating large, disparate datasets is essential, along with a hands-on approach to solving analytical challenges. This candidate should also have experience using SQL to write and optimize queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.

Compensation

$45/hr - $48/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
