Motion Recruitment seeks a hands-on Power Platform Automation Engineer for a three-month, fully remote engagement focused on simplifying business operations via Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. You will work with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, deliver practical automation, and implement data integration using Microsoft 365 technologies.

You will design and deploy automated workflows, build Power Apps, and develop dashboards while ensuring maintainable solutions within the project

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering business process automation with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on Power Automate development with cloud flows, approvals, notifications, and error handling.
• Practical experience with Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience integrating workflows with SQL Server or relational databases.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience from analysis to development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and bottlenecks.
• Map current and future state processes and prioritize improvements by business value.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Build Power Apps to streamline data entry and approvals.
• Create Power BI dashboards and automated reports using DAX and Power Query.
• Leverage SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Forms, OneDrive, and Dataverse for integrated solutions.
• Connect automation to SQL Server and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and data integration issues.
• Document architecture, business rules, dependencies, and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
