Job summary

Enverus is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Power Markets to lead market analysis, forecasting, and client engagements in the energy sector. You will develop market models, publish broad and CRR/FTR-focused insights, and mentor junior staff, while hosting webinars and creating thought leadership content.

The role requires deep knowledge of power markets, CRR/FTR dynamics, and strong communication skills to influence traders, analysts and financial planners across energy markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in power markets, trading or related field.
• Proven expertise in wholesale power market structures, pricing and forecasting.
• Experience with ERCOT/MISO markets and CRR/FTR markets preferred.
• Strong data analysis and quantitative modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership capabilities.
• Client-facing experience and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis & Forecasting: forecast market trends and provide actionable insights using Enverus tools.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships, generate leads, and publish thought leadership content.
• Leadership & Mentorship: lead and mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning.
• Thought Leadership: publish CRR/FTR reports and host webinars to position the company as an energy thought leader.
