Pearl Street Technologies in Pittsburgh seeks a Manager, Power Markets with 7+ years of experience to lead market analysis, forecasting, and actionable insights for clients using Enverus tools. You will develop models and publish CRR/FTR-focused analyses affecting ERCOT/MISO markets.

You will mentor teammates, host webinars, author industry content, and collaborate cross-functionally to promote the company’s leadership in energy markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in power markets, trading, or a similar field.
• Proven expertise in wholesale power market structures, pricing mechanisms, congestion dynamics, and forecasting methods.
• Experience with ERCOT/MISO Power Market and CRR/FTR markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis, forecasting, and development of actionable insights for clients.
• Engage with clients and cross-functional teams; generate leads and identify customer needs.
• Mentor juniors and improve CRR/FTR publication capabilities.
• Publish thought leadership content and host webinars to educate clients on market dynamics.
