Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Power BI production solutions.
• Experience migrating Tableau to Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and semantic models.
• Experience creating scalable, reusable reporting patterns.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business users.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tableau-to-Power BI migration for ~300 reports.
• Develop a Complexity Scoring Engine for migration readiness.
• Build reusable Power BI tooling and a design library.
• Establish semantic models, naming conventions, and publishing standards.
• Support architecture of reusable semantic models and shared views.
• Create migration patterns and guidance for consistent approach.
• Hands-on report migration, validation, and production polish.
• Develop star schema data models and DAX measures.
• Pair with analysts for knowledge transfer and collaboration.
• Support stakeholder reviews prior to cutover.
• Improve tooling and design patterns based on lessons learned.
• Document tools, processes, and technical decisions.
