Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer, BI Developer, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
• Hands-on experience programming in Python for data analysis or automation.
• Proven ability to present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write efficient, well-structured SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Use Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Spend approximately 50% of time building and enhancing reports and 50% presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions.
• Document data models, report logic, and development standards.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and visualization best practices.
