Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our Homeland Security Team in Washington, D.C. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards that integrate operational and financial data to deliver meaningful insights for stakeholders.

You will need strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills, with 4+ years of experience and US citizenship with the ability to pass a background check. The role is remote with a focus on data-driven results and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with large datasets in Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Advanced understanding of SQL including CTEs and complex joins.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation; DHS clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Design, build, and maintain data ETL pipelines from sources such as SQL databases, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Collaborate with end users and technical resources to translate data into effective visualizations.
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights for stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
