Job summary

NORTH STONE LLC is seeking a Power Apps Developer to design, build, and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, integrating with SharePoint Online and Dataverse; ensure security, governance, and compliance; collaborate with stakeholders through the full lifecycle. The role supports testing, UAT, documentation, user enablement, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online and Dataverse; manage data connections responsibly.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex workflow/app issues and deliver reliable fixes under time constraints.
• Familiarity with governance concepts: environment strategy, packaging, access controls, documentation standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate requirements to technical designs; produce clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps solutions to support business workflows.
• Develop and support Power Automate workflows, including routing/approval flows and integrations.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and other data sources/connectors.
• Implement role-based access controls and security configurations within solutions.
• Participate in requirements discussions and translate business needs into designs and implementation plans.
• Perform testing and support UAT; ensure fixes are validated prior to release.
• Provide sustainment support, troubleshoot issues, and communicate risks promptly.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation; deliver updates on cadence.
