The ideal candidate has an Associate degree with 3 years of relevant experience (Bachelor's with 5 years preferred) and must be authorized to work in the United States full-time. Remote work is eligible.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to departmental Business Offices in administration of sponsored projects.
• Lead award kick-off meetings to clarify terms, budgets, and compliance expectations.
• Advise Business Offices on post-award actions like no-cost extensions and budget revisions.
• Interpret complex issues in sponsored program administration and offer solutions.
• Conduct high-level portfolio monitoring with emphasis near project end dates for closeout.
