Novartis is seeking an experienced executive to lead the ED, Portfolio Prioritization & Value Realization. This remote US-based role drives transformation governance and portfolio decisions across Strategy, Finance, and Technology to maximize business impact and value realization.
You will partner with senior leaders to ensure transparency, rigorous analysis, and strategic alignment, delivering actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in portfolio management, transformation, or value realization leadership.
- Experience in pharma/healthcare or technology with AI/digital initiatives.
- Proven governance, prioritization logic, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to challenge business cases and manage capacity and risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integrated transformation portfolio across priorities, capacity, value, risks and readiness.
- Drive portfolio prioritization to maximize business impact and value realization.
- Recommend sequencing and investment trade-offs for optimal outcomes.
- Establish value realization frameworks, metrics and benefit tracking.
- Partner with Finance to validate business cases and performance measures.
- Deliver portfolio insights and scenario analyses for executive decisions.
- Oversee AI use case intake, triage and governance.
- Foster cross-functional alignment among Strategy, Finance, Technology and leaders.
