Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will execute high-impact marketing activities across market research, digital marketing, sponsorships, events, content and campaigns to grow visibility and pipeline.

You will manage campaign plans in Monday.com, coordinate with practice professionals, business development, and vendors, and help track performance while aligning with growth priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional services work experience; accounting, law or consulting firm experience a plus.
• Understanding of B2B marketing required, experience with professional services marketing preferred.
• Strong project coordination, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset and the demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of integrated portfolio marketing programs, including market research, digital marketing, sponsorships and events.
• Maintain campaign plans, timelines, calendars, and trackers in Monday.com and related systems for visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate internally with marketing teams, practice professionals, business development, and external vendors to deliver content and campaigns efficiently.
• Collaborate with events team to support webinars, trade shows, sponsorships and hosted events; track follow-up activities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and next steps, providing timely updates to keep projects on schedule.
• Support internal marketing efforts by engaging industry and service line teams and driving engagement on social media and events.
• Coordinate review and approval processes for collateral and webpages; manage DAM assets.
• Support contract management, invoicing, budget tracking, CRM updates, and campaign performance reporting.
