Lumen is empowering AI-ready connectivity across cloud, edge, and enterprise workloads. We are seeking a Lean Portfolio Manager to lead governance, prioritization, and investment for Product Infrastructure, aligning programs with strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to guide complex, enterprise-wide programs, ensuring clear visibility and efficient execution while enabling product strategy and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience coordinating investment inputs and translating analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience enabling executive leadership through strategic planning, portfolio governance, and executive reporting; no day-to-day operational ownership.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Expertise in portfolio management methodologies, governance frameworks, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, SaaS, networking, or related industries preferred.
• Balance of strategic thinking with detailed execution oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio strategy, governance, and execution across Product Infrastructure.
• Establish and manage portfolio roadmaps aligned with long-term business strategy.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through portfolio reviews and investment recommendations.
• Develop portfolio health metrics, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting structures.
• Coordinate business-case inputs with cross-functional partners and validate financial impacts.
• Lead NPI governance and coordinate development across gates and decision points.
• Provide portfolio governance and risk visibility to product managers across Infrastructure.
• Establish repeatable portfolio management practices and operating rhythms.
• Create executive briefings and materials for leadership reviews.
