Job summary

Zennify is hiring a Portfolio Leader to sell our Salesforce, data, and AI solutions to financial institutions. This quota-carrying role owns pipeline, forecast, and revenue across an assigned territory, leading deals from first contact through close.

You will quarterback a top team of architects and engineers, leveraging AI tools to research accounts, prepare for meetings, and draft proposals while focusing on customer outcomes for banks, credit unions, wealth firms, and insurers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a quota-carrying sales role, including experience selling Salesforce or Salesforce consulting services.
• Financial services experience, banking/credit unions/wealth/insurance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and partner ecosystem, incl. Sales/Service/Marketing/Financial Services Cloud.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, Agentforce, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Fluency with AI tools and agents in workflow.
• Consultative approach with discovery skills and ability to map business problems to solutions.
• Ability to quarterback solution architects through scoping, estimation, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline, forecast, and revenue for Salesforce, data, and AI across territory.
• Run full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new-logo and expansion.
• Maintain accurate forecast with clear stages, next steps, and close dates.
• Co-sell with Salesforce AEs and RVPs to source and close opportunities.
• Lead AI-first research, discovery support, and draft proposals.
• Anchor pursuits in ZennifyAccelerate and deepen customer relationships.
