Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist, Population Health to develop and oversee clinical programs, including review and reporting of health outcomes and utilization data.

The role involves collaborating across departments, ensuring cost-effective, evidence-based program design, and supporting P&T initiatives. A PharmD or equivalent and licensure are required, with 2+ years of clinical or managed care experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.Pharm degree required.
• Active pharmacist license in the resident state, or ability to reciprocity within 4 months.
• 2+ years of clinical or managed care experience, or residency plus 1 year clinical experience.
• Knowledge of PBM, formulary management, and managed care principles.
• Proficiency with clinical literature and electronic databases; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new clinical programs and maintain existing ones.
• Educate clients, members, providers, and staff about clinical programs and outcomes.
• Provide clinical outreach to members and prescribers to coordinate care.
• Support operational departments in implementing PBM programs and daily functions.
• Contribute to coverage determinations and formulary decision processes as needed.
