Job summary

CrowdGen invites you to join Project Lupin as an Independent Contractor. You will listen to real audio recordings and produce precise, verbatim transcripts—capturing every stutter, repetition and filler word—with timestamps and speaker labels for conversations of 2 to 8 participants.

This remote, project-based role offers flexible hours and a minimum of 10 hours per week. Pay is $55 per audio hour, with earnings scaling with activity; payments are issued based on the number of audio hours

Qualifications

• Polish fluency including familiarity with regional accents and informal speech.
• Strong listening comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce verbatim transcriptions, including stutters, repetitions, and filler words.

Responsibilities

• Verbatim transcription with a target of 98%+ accuracy.
• Timestamping segments with less than 500ms deviation.
• Speaker labeling for conversations with 2 to 8 participants.
• Event annotation for non-speech elements (e.g., laughter, background noise, unintelligible audio)
