Job summary

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield is seeking a Policy Coordinator to support the implementation of medical and payment policies. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring business readiness across impacted functions.

The ideal candidate will work remotely from the greater Baltimore/Washington area and will have a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or a related field. Experience in health plan operations or policy implementation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in health plan operations, project coordination, or related functions.
• Experience with claims operations or policy implementation.
