Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Project Management Office Analyst for a remote position in the Washington DC Metro area, with periodic travel to Annapolis Junction, MD or the Quantico client site. You will support the operational execution of programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives and manage schedules, budgets, and reporting.

You will serve as a liaison between project teams, leadership, clients, and vendors, monitor performance, and implement improvements while supporting contract

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/financial management systems.
• US Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational execution of programs to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and operational reporting.
• Serve as the liaison between project teams, leadership, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor program performance, resolve risks, and implement process improvements.
• Support contract management, financial analysis, and funding oversight.
• Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and executive status reports.
• Support proposal development, pricing activities, and new business efforts.
• Coordinate resources and provide operational guidance to project teams.
