Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
• Apply evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews
• Leverage telehealth technology and systems to deliver reliable care
