Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state-issued PMHNP authority to practice in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfort with remote care.
• Experience using electronic health record systems and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy when appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews; follow evidence-based protocols.
