Zusammenfassung

Brightside Health is seeking forward-looking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our flexible telehealth model. Practice with clinical autonomy alongside psychiatrist support while delivering evidence-based care to patients nationwide.

You will work remotely through our custom EMR and AI-assisted decision support, maintaining licensure in multiple states and coordinating care with a nationwide network of psychiatrists.

Qualifikationen

• Active PMHNP license in good standing.
• PMHNP certification required.
• Autonomous practice experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with technology required.
• Willingness to practice across multiple states (4+ preferred).

Aufgaben

• Prescribe and manage medications via telehealth in compliance with state/federal laws.
• Maintain patient records with timely charting (within 48 hours).
• Provide remote patient care through video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical leadership.
• Respond within the 72-hour messaging window.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care and quality improvement.
