Job summary

BetterHelp UpLift, a remote-first platform in the United States, invites a PMHNP to join as a part-time 1099 contractor delivering psychiatric care through a telemedicine platform.

You will conduct video visits, assess and prescribe when appropriate, and coordinate care with a network of therapists to expand insured access.

Ideal candidates hold a PMHNP with an active license; cross-state licensing and multilingual abilities are a plus and support broader access to care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a PMHNP.
• Active medical license in good standing.
• Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate.
• Skilled with online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.
• Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Multiple state licenses and multilingual abilities are strong advantages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video consultations and communicate with patients via telemedicine.
• Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as appropriate.
• Coordinate treatment planning with UpLift’s network of therapists.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold clinical standards.
• Share product and workflow feedback with engineering and operations teams.
