Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. You will operate with high clinical autonomy and support from experienced psychiatrists, with flexible full-time or part-time roles and a competitive compensation package.

We cover administrative tasks such as scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, and credentialing, plus a robust clinical advisory board to guide evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans combining meds and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and use evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care.
