Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to deliver psychiatric care via telehealth from anywhere in the United States. The role offers meaningful clinical autonomy with substantial administrative support and access to premium EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient-centered care.
• Comfort with telehealth delivery and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, diagnosis, and risk evaluation.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and adhere to evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and reviews.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and clinical systems to ensure reliable remote care.
