Job summary

Blackbird Health seeks a Pediatric PMHNP to deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults in a fully remote capacity. You will join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to whole-child care and engage families to foster sustained progress.

Flexible remote tracks are available, with a focus on after‑school and weekend hours, comprehensive benefits, and professional liability insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license and DEA registration.
• Board certification PMHNP-BC or equivalent.
• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1+ year of independent psychiatric experience with children/young adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and manage medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education and support.
